Bugs and feedback
The best way to report a problem is from within the app, which lets us attach the diagnostic context we need to investigate. You can also email us at the address above with a description of what happened and, if possible, the date and time it occurred.
Credits and purchases
Fakeality uses credits to generate scenes and episodes. Credit packs can be purchased in the app and are charged to your Apple Account.
My purchase didn’t add credits
Credits are tied to your account and applied on our servers. If you were charged but your balance didn’t update, make sure you’re online — purchases usually apply automatically once the app can reach our servers; the Sync Credits button on the credits screen retries this manually. If credits still haven’t appeared after that, email us with the approximate date and time of the purchase and we’ll make it right.
Using credits on another device
Sign in with Apple (in Settings) to link your account — your credits will then be available on any device where you sign in with the same Apple ID. Without signing in, your credits live only on this device and can’t be recovered if the app is deleted.
Refunds
Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value. All purchases and refunds are handled by Apple — to request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Account and data
No registration is needed to use Fakeality — an account is created automatically, and signing in with Apple is optional. If you’ve signed in with Apple, you can sign out at any time. To delete your account and its data, use Settings → Delete Account in the app — it takes effect immediately. To request a copy of the data associated with your account, email us at the address above.
